Kill The Boer, Kill The Farmer!

16. Freedom of expression
  1. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression, which includes
    1. freedom of the press and other media;
    2. freedom to receive or impart information or ideas;
    3. freedom of artistic creativity; and
    4. academic freedom and freedom of scientific research.
  2. The right in subsection (1) does not extend to
    1. propaganda for war;
    2. incitement of imminent violence; or
    3. advocacy of hatred that is based on race, ethnicity, gender or religion, and that constitutes incitement to cause harm.
Above is what our constitution says which is the supreme law of the land. If ANC wants to win this case they must change the constitution but for that they will need two thirds majority which they don't have. This section of the Constitution was structured in this manner to alleviate any future injustices. If the ANC wins this case this will give rights to anybody to sing songs that might incite violence all in the name of preserving their heritage. I think this case is a waste of time and money which can be used to educate a few kids instead of spreading hatred.

The Freedom Charter preached equality.

This how genocides start. The oppressed can become the oppressor. Then where does it end. There are many injustices that need to be ractifyed but violence should not be the solution to those problems.

The plight of people should not be used as a political tool or means to accumulate material wealth. SA has one of the biggest inequality gaps in the world amongst the rich and poor. This needs to be fixed. I think tertiary education is the key to that. Access to higher learning is very difficult for an average matriculant. We need to teach the culture of self sufficiency and skills development. Government should encourage entrepreneurship and support small business owners. They create jobs in their communities.

The plight of the people should not be used by a few tenderprenuers to enrich themselves.
